Over the past years, we have been working with network marketers around the world and we have noticed very specific strategies and principles that work for building a profitable and massive network marketing team no matter where you are building your business.
The tactics that we are about to share with you works but only if you work it.
So let’s have a look at the 5 most profitable tactics for building a massive network marketing team.
1. TEACH TO TEACH TO GO TO THE BEACH
Teach others to do what you do. Period!
You should follow this and if you don’t follow it, then be assured that you’ll always be depended on but it sucks!
“Teach to teach to go to the beach” means you are completely duplicatable to the next person, so your business will go on, with or without you.
When any of your team members ask questions, send him to a tool to find the answer.
You want to point them in the right direction and empower them, and not to disable them!
Would you want to be on the phone for 20 minutes with someone or take just 5 seconds of your time to point him to a training, company video, or even blog you already created to answer his question? Think about that!
The best thing to build a profitable and massive network marketing team is to be their tour guide so they could do their own due diligence.
Teach to teach so you can go to the beach. That’s the way to go baby!
You say this is a people business! Why not, it is but it is still a business.
If you are the only one that can answer questions, lead webinars, etc, you aren’t teaching your team how to operate in your absence.
So be their tour guide instead of them coming to you for answer all of the time.
2. WHAT IS YOUR PACE?
The pace of the team is the pace of the leader
It is almost a mantra that your teams pace can never outgrow your own.
This has always been true in network marketing business.
You want a profitable and massive network marketing team? Then take massive action yourself. Simple, isn’t it?
Yes, I think it is!
No matter where you are in your business, if you only have 20 people in your team or 20,000, if you want to go to the next level, you need to increase your recruiting pace.
Inviting and prospecting 20-30 people per day will work wonders for you.
Lead by example, and go pick up a recruiting pace.
3. SET TEAM GOALS
Perhaps the best way to build a profitable and massive network marketing team, is to set team goals.
Team goals are important because team sales will fluctuate if there are no goals.
Partner team goals with gratification like an award for the best contributor that helped the achievement of this team goal then you’ve got a great one-two punch that will create a profitable and massive network marketing team for you to success.
It’s just not enough for a team leader to lead a team into a pointless direction, you must have goals so that all stakeholders of the team will have one vision to follow.
4. ENGAGE A NEW TEAM MEMBER
The most crucial time for duplication is the 30 minutes after you sign up a new member.
If you do not set their expectations correctly and show them straight away what it takes to invite people to look at your business, you have lost a precious opportunity to create a team of 5, 10 or more new members in the next few weeks.
And perhaps you would have met your next biggest leader among the people that this new person introduces.
Prepare your new team members ahead of getting rejected.

One of the strategies I learnt is that we should prepare our new partner ahead of rejections so as to allow how to overcome rejections because it’s sure we will have it in network marketing.
And it is actually not only in network marketing that we see rejections, it happens in our lives…
One of the participants, IK said It is vitally important to manage new team members expectations.
It also told us how to turn rejections to motivations
I also learned that, we should not take rejection personally and that new associates must be taught that a “no, thank you” is not a personal rebuff.
When you join a network marketing opportunity, please help teach and train your new sign ups before sending them out to the dogs!
He gave an example and copied it to here directly,
A waitress pouring coffee in a coffee shop might be told “no, thanks” by one, “no more for now” by another. She might be told “I have plenty, thanks” or even “I don’t like coffee.” But none of these responses sends her running to the lady’s room in tears because all of her customers rejected her. And yet that is comparable to what happens to brand new distributors.
What the fuck? This waitress keeps showing up undeterred
Look at this, when you meet with an orange seller; a boy… He marketed his orange to you but you didn’t buy and told him no, now, does it mean you have rejected the boy or the orange? Think about that!
See rejection as like that! Nobody is rejecting you but it’s just that at that point, he’s not in need of what you have or might not have seen the opportunity embedded
Njoku Chinonyerem also said, It’s also good to prepare your prospects for rejections. Give them an open opportunity to choose whether or whether not to join you
It is very important to take 30-min and go through a simple get started training with every new member you and your team introduce.
5. HAVE MEETING OFTEN
Increase the frequency of your meeting
Hear the story of the pajamas bosses, “When Miguel and myself started in our current company over 7 years ago, we decided for the first 9 months in our business to run 5-7 home based business presentations every week in our house.”
‘We had completed over 200 presentations in 9 months and as a result grew our incom from zero to $9,000 a week.
‘The reason we decided to do this is because we understood that your team and your income grow exponentially, when you have more points of exposure in the same time window.
‘You could use this principle with webinars, home-meetings or ant type of LIVE events and at the beginning you could just run 2 presentations (online webinars or home meetings) instead of 1 every week.
This simple change will have your team duplicate into depth faster and grow your business and income exponentially.”
