Have you heard that network marketing is a numbers game?
One of the biggest struggles for networking marketers is recruiting. Even if you brought a few people into your business, you may notice that they don’t do much.
Those few people that you recruited into your network marketing business won’t bring you success.
It’s definitely a numbers game. Depending on a just a few people is not a good strategy.
You can be part of the top network marketing company in the world but without learning the techniques to bring high quality prospects into your business, that won’t matter much.
When it comes to network marketing recruiting I’m going to cover 5 powerful network marketing recruiting techniques for massive growth that will help you sponsor more reps in as little as 30 days if you employ just one of these recruiting tips.
1. Make A Decision To Develop A Recruiting Mindset.
This is the first place to begin.
Until you decide, nothing happens!
Because everything is a function of the mind.
Make a decision that you will master this and not give up.
Make up your mind to learn and develop the skills to be able to recruit.
Make up your mind to pass your fear of talking to people and come out of your shell.
Your decisions should be bigger than your fears and insecurities.
Even if you are an introvert, make up your mind to make it a priority and do it whenever you choose.
If you’ve joined a network marketing company, it means something drew you to it.
It could be the products and services or the compensation plan or to work with the awesome people.
It is enough motivation to encourage you to develop a network marketing recruiting mindset to be able to be able to grow your business.
You should develop an entrepreneurial mindset and be ready to approach people with your opportunity without fear.
Don’t sound apologetic about it.
Be brave and know that you are trying to share a great gift with someone.
If you ever want to be an entrepreneur and work from home, network marketing is a good way to start.
You do not need much to start building your empire gradually hence a great medium to use.
Never forget that network marketing is not only selling products and services, it also involves prospecting, recruiting, training, follow-ups, accounting and so much more.
You can make it a full-time job if you develop the mindset required and invest your time and energy in it.
What I mean is, in network marketing you can have as many products from your company as possible, retail and use some and practically have an excellent retail business.
To be able to succeed in network marketing, you must master the art of network marketing recruiting and convert your prospects into your business.
2. Focus On Numbers In Network Marketing Recruiting
This is understandable.
It is a numbers game.
Talking to a lot of people is a must.
What would happen if you talk to one person a week.
That would be 4 people a month.
Do you think you would get results and grow a successful business?
I’ll let you answer that question for yourself.
The more people you talk to the more you will get your business in front of.
So how many people should you talk to? As many as possible.
3. Do Not Be Addicted To The Outcome
A major mistake most people make when recruiting is they give off that air of desperation, and that REPELS people.
You need to be posturing, and have the attitude of “with or without you I’m going to build an empire”
“You tell me no, I still make money. You say yes, I help YOU make money.”
That’s what I tell my prospects – Holmes
When the prospect sees that you are not attached to them signing up or not, its actually powerful, and some of them might actually join because of that.
Have posture. Know that you’re doing them a favor.
Posture is the perceived position of strength you’re coming from when dealing with others.
If you have posture, it means you come across as strong, confident and from a position of strength.
Most people when it comes to recruiting in network marketing either have no posture or come from a position of weak posture… as if they’re weak and desperate for sales and recruits.
The most important thing to realize and remember is that each time you expose someone to your opportunity you’re doing them a favor!
Most people you’re going to talk to don’t have a plan to achieve their dreams or a vehicle that’ll get them there.
Without you and your vehicle, the chances of them achieving financial freedom and time freedom are pretty slim.
But on the contrary, without them, you still will… unless you quit. So whether they realize it or not, they need you more than you need them.
So what you’re doing when you expose someone to your business with the intent of recruiting them is…
You’re offering them a chance to live their own dream lifestyle along side of you and giving them a vehicle to make their dreams possible. “You’re doing them a favor!”
So since you’re the one doing them a favor… act like it! Walk and talk with confidence, keep your chest up, and have some posture!
4. Know What To Say And How To Say It
Do you like boring people that speak without enthusiasm?
Knowing what to say in network marketing recruiting is just part of the equation.
The other part is how you say it.
If you share information without enthusiasm and energy, the other person will not be very attracted to what you have to say.
On the other hand, if you share information with high energy, happiness and enthusiasm, another person will want what you have. Make sense?
Practice what you say in network marketing recruiting.
A fun way to do it is to leave yourself a voice message or record yourself.
Play the audio and decide if you would want to join this person (YOU) in network marketing.
5. Tell Good Stories
Stories sell, facts tell… This is almost a mantra in the network marketing sphere.
I can assure you that all successful network marketers are good storytellers.
You don’t need to talk long to becoming a talkative… This is because if you talk long, you talk wrong.
You should be able to collect and tell good stories to encourage people to join your business.
It could be stories about your upline, downline, your company, the products or your compensation plan.
You should be able to retain and share all the stories involved in your business with your prospects.
The more stories you share about your company or business with people, the more you expose your business opportunity to the world and attract more people.
Network marketing recruiting stars in network marketing are good storytellers, and you should tell good stories to be able to recruit people to your business.
