5 THINGS TO KNOW ON HOW TO RECRUIT DOCTORS INTO YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS.

In this training, I am going to show and share with you 5 things you need to know on how you can recruit doctors into your network marketing business.
Today’s training isn’t only centred on doctors alone, you can also use these tips to recruit other professionals.
1. DOCTORS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS ARE PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU.
Never forget this, doctors and other professionals you need into your network marketing business are people like you and not angels.
Often times network marketers are very reluctant to approach them because they have this title or because of their position or status in the community.
These things makes you feel like as if they are almost unapproachable.
But don’t make that mistake, most of the doctors, lawyers and other professionals that I know are relatable and friendly.
They are super excited people that will be more than happy to talk to you.
So remember that they are just people, so you can have a conversation with them and they will be more than happy to speak with you.
So don’t be wearied when you are talking to them, remember that they are just people and not ghosts.
Just have a conversation with them, they’re just people like everyone else. It doesn’t matter what they do, that’s their job and that’s not who they are.
2. DON’T PREJUDGE OR ASSUME THEIR SUCCESS.
You see, just because someone is a lawyer, just because someone is a doctor, or an accountant or any other professional of any kind.
That doesn’t mean they are rolling in dollars or roller coaster ride or blowing their nose with hundred thousand dollars bills…
A lot of time when people drives a nice car, lives in a beautiful house or living in a nice community, sometimes they are just broke at the higher levels.
Yes, they leave in a nice house, drives nice cars, hear this.
That means their expenses are higher, their bills are bigger, they’re just broke at the higher levels.
I heard about the story of a doctor, in his own words he said, “Few years ago I was finally broke, and things were hard for me and nobody knows this because I wasn’t advertising it and I was struggling over my own commitment but it’s just one of those things.”
So, don’t assume that they are successful.
Don’t assume that, ‘He’s successful, he’s happy in his job…. Bla Bla’ and he won’t listen to what I have to say.
Don’t assume that because you never know they could be looking for help, they could be looking for another income streams to supplement their income, so don’t assume that.
Don’t assume that they are successful because of their job title.
3. ASK THEM QUESTIONS.
Just like you know, questioning is selling.
You should ask them questions.
Something like, how has things been?
How has your practice really been? How is business? How about your family…

Remember that they are just people, ask them questions to know about their situations and see if they are looking for aside income.
4. SOLVE A PROBLEM FOR THEM.
Depending on what your network marketing business is.
It depend on what your business is all about.
Can you help them get more clients?
Can you help them get more customers?
Do you have a tangible product, for instance, like a weight loss that will help them get rids of their fat body?
The key is this, look out for what it is they are missing.
What is missing in their lives? Fill that vacuum for them.
What is it that they are looking for? Solve that problem for them.
How to figure these things out is by asking them questions.
Just ask them questions and figure out how you can help them. Simple!
5. YOU NEED PATIENCE.
This is a big one, you need to have patience and this is because doctors, lawyers and other professionals are busy.
Regardless of how successful they are, they are busy.
They are doing stuffs and what that means is that they are going to blow you off, even discourage you because they are going to keep rescheduling meeting you, when you call them they might miss your call and not call back, they might call you back eventually but you have to be patience.
You have to be patience because you have to understand that they have stuffs going on.
They have a lot of stuffs to deal with.
You have to have patience.
So, those are the five things you need to know if you are serious about recruiting professionals into your network marketing business.
These keys works but you have to be willing to apply them.
I have worked with doctors before and I can tell you, they are great to work with.
These professionals are just people, they do what you do, they eat, they cook, they sleep, they bath etc…
They do what you do… So go ahead and talk to that doctor closer to you.
