I’ve put together today’s post which compiles seven useful tips about how you can be more effective in 2022 than you have ever been.
There’s no reason why 2022 can’t be your best year, there’s no reason why this year can’t be your year of breakthrough.
Make the most of 2022 and start putting these tips to work in your business.

TIP #1: CLARITY IS POWER.
Everyone talks about the importance of goals.
But almost none of them talks about how to think about your goals.
If you plan to build a network marketing business quickly (or even slowly), you must get crystal clear on what you want to achieve and what it will take to get there.
How fast do you want to rank in your company?
What are your financial goals? What income level do you want to be at and how fast do you want to get there at the end of 2022?
In their book, The One Minute Millionaires: Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G Allen said, don’t think of your goals, think from your goals.
In other words, rather than thinking of your future dream home, think from your dream home.
Imagine yourself actually living in that dream home –as if you were already there.
What do you see?
What do you smell?
How does it feel to have acquired this home?
What are you saying to yourself?
That’s the difference between simply thinking of your dream home and thinking from it.
TIP #2: STOP WAITING FOR MOTIVATION.
Stop waiting for motivation.
They may never come.
What you need to do, instead of waiting for motivations to work.
You need to go to work to get the motivation.
When you get to work, you get the power.
One wise man said, do the thing, get the power.
When you go out to do cold marketing prospecting for example, you will go from not feeling to do it to who else do I need to talk to.
Even though you don’t feel like doing it, when you do the activity, you will feel better of yourself.
Don’t wait to get the power.
Do the thing, get the power.
Walk yourself into motivation.
TIP #3: FOCUS ON ACTIVITY NOT THE RESULTS NOR THE OUTCOMES.
Activity is one thing that will determine your results.
Understand this fact, you don’t have direct control over results and outcomes.
You can’t dictate who buys from you nor who joins you or who becomes a distributor or a customer.
You cannot even control what your team players will/can do but you do have complete control of your own self activity.
Here is another deep quote from one of my mentors;
“Having money frees you up to stop worrying about the issues of not having money creates”
This is another fact, if you focus on your activities, the results and outcomes will take care of themselves.
Frustration will set in when you focus on results.
But if you focus on your activities and consistently look at them, you’ll be motivated.
Focus on monitoring and being consistent with your activity.
TIP #4: GET COMMITMENT.
In my first network marketing company, I wasn’t very good at prospecting.
I didn’t do enough of it and I certainly wasn’t very good at it, especially in the beginning.
Commitment means doing whatever it takes to make a way to succeed.
The key to succeeding in network marketing is to operate, day in and day out, out of your commitment to your action plan, your goals and dreams.
And not out of reaction to your feelings.
Everyday means everyday. The best thing you can do is prospect every single day.
It should be a habit. You do it whether you feel like it or not.
Don’t set yourself up for failure.
If it scares you, honor your commitment to yourself and your plan and do it anyway.
Start with 1 prospect a day for a week. The next week prospect 2 per day. Then 3 and then to five a day and it continues to grow in that way.
Don’t worry about the results, just focus on hitting your numbers. Focus on the activities.
If you prospect 5 people a day for five days, you’ll be prospecting 25 people a week and 100 people a month.
Even if you only close 1% you’ll be enrolling at least 1 person a month as a customer or business builder.
Some of them will follow your lead and your business will grow.
As you train yourself to regularly return to your commitment you will be building strength in the muscle that will launch your business powerfully forward.
TIP #5: INVEST IN YOURSELF.
Your mind is your most precious asset.
And the quality of your thinking determines the quality of your effectiveness.
Commit yourself to learning, go to bookstores and get good books on marketing, prospecting, leadership and closing.
Go to seminars, both offline and online.
Attend workshops. Your mind can appreciate in value.
Read, listen to audio programs and never forget that the most effective asset you will ever have is your mind.

TIP #6: EDUCATE YOURSELF ON THE NETWORK MARKETING INDUSTRY.
If you want people to join you in building a network marketing organization.
Become an expert in everything network marketing.
Reading this is a good first step, but all learning shouldn’t be about how to build.
Some of your learning should focus on just getting a better grasp of network marketing as an industry.
If you can have an authentic conversation with somebody about why network marketing is a better business model than the other options out there.
You have a better chance of bringing them onto your team and retaining them once they enroll.
If you can’t talk intelligently about the industry, how serious do you think people will take you?…
Not that serious.
TIP #7: COMMIT YOUR WAYS TO GOD.
This is even supposed to be the number one tip.
I don’t know what your beliefs are but one thing I know is that there’s a God factor.
Proverbs 3:6 (KJV) states, “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
It’s quite easy to get “shaken” in this business by a bad home meeting, bad prospecting experience, or even because you’re not going as fast as you want.
The times I’ve had the most peace in my life have been those times when I’ve totally turned things over to God.
The times of the most turmoil have been when I’ve tried to do things in my own power.
You can’t but consider the God factor.
It is very important.
