ARE YOU ATTRACTIVE AS A POTENTIAL BUSINESS PARTNER?
Why will a prospect buy from you?
There are many different reasons why prospects may join your company. There are many different reasons why someone may buy your product or service. It is a constant rule, people buy or join you for their reasons, not for yours.
One of the biggest network marketing business mistakes I see people committing is asking prospects to join them or buy from them for their own personal reasons, not for the reasons that actually motivate the customer to take action.
How attractive are you as a potential business partner? Of course, you know how to prospect successfully both offline and online. You already know how and where to get unlimited leads. You know your source for names. You know all the recruiting formula and of course, yes, you are motivated and excited. You’ve identified lots of strategies for presenting your company, products, service and opportunity. But, the question is, how will you make the most of these conversations?
What is your state of mind?
How strong is your belief? I heard about the story of one uneducated immigrant who had come to America. He was illiterate and hard of hearing but he made great hot dogs. He would stand by the side of the road with his cart and sell his hot dogs. He did very well.
One day, his son – he’d earned enough money to send the young man away to school – came home from college and said to his father, “Don’t you know how bad the economy is? Everyone is starving, being laid off, going bankrupt?”
The old man thought, “My son must know. He can read and write. He’s gone to college.” So he took down his sign. He cut back on his meat and burn orders, and he stopped going out beside the road.
So, what happened? His business declined and kept declining until he could no longer support himself. Finally, he was forced to close down.
And this old man said to himself, “My son was right. The economy is so bad, no one could make it in times like these.”
Check your beliefs, check your state of mind. Do you project confidence and imagine success? Do you have an unshakable network marketing beliefs well enough to share your belief in network marketing with others?
As you build your networking business, it takes more than understanding prospecting and recruiting strategies to build a formidable network marketing business organization. Your level of belief is germane to your success. Whether you consciously or unconsciously realized it that, the people you speak to about joining you in business are certain to pick up on whether you really believe in yourself as to whether you will succeed.
It’s in the energy you project. It’s who you are. You are either someone who radiates success or who repels people. You can’t grow more than your expectations.
What is the level of your expectations?
It is a stone cold fact that humans don’t grow more than their imaginations and expectations. If your expectations of success are strong, it gives you internal motivation you need to act, talk, present your opportunity and to do whatever it takes to succeed.
On the other side, if you don’t expect to succeed, well, you get what you expect. Your actions will reflect that. You will subconsciously sabotage yourself without even knowing, you will take down your sign and stop offering your hot dogs. Henry Ford said, “If you believe you can or you believe you can’t – you’re right.”
Be fired up for success by strengthening your belief. Expect success. Dream of it. See it and watch out for the level of duplication that will take place in your business and the kind of powerful leaders you will begin to attract.
A successful network marketer must believe in what he’s selling, must have confidence, you must believe in yourself
and your opportunity and you must have the ability to transfer that belief to your prospect during conversations.
