DO YOU WANT TO KNOW THE BEST NETWORK MARKETING SCRIPT FOR REALTORS?
“How do I reach out to the people you mention on number 6 (Realtors), how do I get their contact?”
This is a question asked by one super mompreneur in one of my posts on Facebook where I talked about network marketing prospecting sources you’d never thought of, click here to check this post.
Now, what about you, do you want to prospect those in real estate?
Do you want to know the best network marketing scripts to use to prospect realtors?
If you answer yes to all those questions! Then, I made this training for you.
The only goal for joining Network Marketing and Direct Sales is to get “yes” decisions.
You did not join to become a teacher only.
You did not join to educate only.
You joined to get “yes” decisions from prospects.
“Yes” decisions pay the bills. “No” decisions makes you broke.
But sometimes we do not know what to say.
We are lost for words.
Many of us stumble and fumble grasping for a needle in the haystack to help us speak the right words.
If you say the wrong words, you lose. If you say the right words, you win.
One of the reasons why I like prospecting realtors is because they are business minded.
Network marketing also, is based on relationships, making money… you just know that network marketing will be a good fit for realtors or real estate agents.
Realtors are self-motivated. They don’t need a boss or a sponsor in the case of MLM’ers, standing over them cracking the whip—they know they are going to make more money when they do the work properly.
So because of this you want to know what to say when it comes to prospecting realtors.
Now I have put together network marketing scripts for realtors.
Like I always tell network marketers, do not get addicted to the outcome of your activities, this is because the outcome that every network marketer wants to achieve is – to sign them up, recruit them or make a sale.
And most often than never, you will never sign that person up and this will put you in the dumps because you’ve convinced yourself that you got this! That they are going to join! That they are going to crush this!
This then leads to a negative effect and you will feel shitty about it…. And most people quit because they can’t handle rejection.
One way to recruit realtors into your network marketing business is to start looking for them!!
You can’t recruit realtors into your network marketing business if you’re not looking for them.
As you are living your life… LOOK for them.
When you SEE one, write down their name and number.
You can recruit realtors into your network marketing business simply by being attentive. It’s where you begin!
So when you have located a realtor sign and you’re ready to give them a call.
The first thing you want to do is make a reference of where you saw their sign – this helps with the rapport building.
Identify yourself and ask them if they’d be willing to sell something besides real estate if they could triple their income in the first year.
Something like this, “Hi, this is Charlie. I saw your banner on (put the location where you saw the banner). I am better than good today and I hope you are too! I like the way you are doing your business. Hopefully things are going well for you. Listen, I may have a crazy question for you, but listen, we actually work with a couple of realtors (make sure there are realtors that are crushing it in your company – don’t lie) and they are doing really well, but just curious. My question for you is, do you at all keep your options open in terms of making any money outside of what you’re doing in the real estate business?”
You want to qualify them fast… Don’t forget, less is more.
If they say “no” or argue, thank them politely and hang up immediately.
Or you say, “No problem, just curious though! do you know anyone that is open to making some extra money if we can show them step by step how to do so.”
By following these network marketing scripts, quite often people will re-qualify themselves and go hang on… you show people step by step how to make money?
Now they are begging you to show them how to make money. This is your opportunity to show them your business presentation.
However if they don’t, then they might give you some referrals. This is powerful. When you use this strategy, all you are doing is seeing who is open and when you don’t get addicted to the outcome, your network marketing business will dramatically change.
What of if they say yes?
If they say “yes” send them to your company website or some other short enticing message that works and ask them to call you back if they’re interested in checking it out further.
If they call you back interested, present your business opportunity in any manner you wish – face-to-face, or walk through a web presentation, or whatever works best in your company. Most companies provide a presentation booklet or web site presentation.
