In today’s post, I share how to become an empathetic network marketing leader
The fruit of a tree will show what type of a tree it is.
The same way, we can know an empathetic network marketing leader by his or her deeds and acts or by his or her characteristics.
I have grouped these under SEVEN headings spelling the word EMPATHY. You can become an empathetic network marketing leader as you follow these seven steps.
1. E – EMPOWERING AND ENABLING.
Empathetic network marketing leaders empower their team mates by expanding their knowledge through appropriate trainings that speak to their exact needs.
To become an empathetic network marketing leader, recognize the needs of your network marketing team.
2. M – MOTIVATING.
Empathetic network marketing leaders motivate their team mates by championing their success.
They inspire confidence in their team mates through encouraging words that build up their faith and infuse courage in and propel them to go out and make success of their lives.
To be an empathetic network marketing leader, stop being quick to judge and condemn people. Rather, motivate and inspire them to rise above their personal difficulties and frailties
3. P – PRESENCE
Empathetic network marketing leaders lead by example.
They get in the trenches and do the work they are asking others to do.
To be an empathetic network marketing leader, show up at significant events in the lives of your team mates.
Show up at events like birthdays, burials, weddings, naming ceremonies, graduations etc.
Let your presence be felt by your members. Pray with them and for them.
4. APPRECIATION AND APPLAUSE
Empathetic network marketing leaders are quick to acknowledge progress made by individual members.
Empathetic network marketing leaders are quick to appreciate and applaud the efforts and contributions of others.
You should publicly acknowledged contributions of others by saluting their achievements and contributions.
To be an empathetic network marketing leaders, make it a habit to privately and publicly acknowledge the efforts of your people no matter how little.
5. T – TRUSTWORTHINESS AND TACTFULNESS
Empathetic network marketing leaders are authentic, they are not pretentious, they can be trusted to look after the best interest of the people committed in their hands.
Empathetic network marketing leaders do not act like hirelings, they look out for their people giving of the best of their attention, resources and gifting to protect the people committed to them.
Empathetic network marketing leaders are tactful in their dealings to avoid hurting or embarrassing their people.
6. H – HELPFULNESS AND HOPEFULNESS
Empathetic network marketing leaders are helpful to their team in meaningful ways especially to those who really needed help.
An empathetic network marketing leader brings hope to his people no matter how hopeless the situation.
7. Y – YIELDING AND YEARNING
An empathetic network marketing leader yields his or her pride, convenience and resources in serving his team whilst yearning eagerly to the network marketing company policy and regulations he’s building with.
Empathy can be costly often requiring that we give up our time and convenience, alter our personal agenda, let go of our expectations, change our priorities, or share our resources sacrificially.
It can also require that we kill our pride, renounce personal prejudices, or let go of resentment and unforgiveness.
This season in the history of mankind cries out for empathetic network marketing leaders to demonstrate empathy as we manage the team in our care and as we impact our communities.
