Here I share exactly how to build a solid customer base in network marketing.
How You Can Really Build A Solid Customer Base In Network Marketing?
According to Wikipedia, “The customer base is the group of customers who repeatedly purchase the goods or services of a business. These customers are a main source of revenue for a company. The customer base may be considered the business’s target market, where customer behaviors are well understood through market research or past experience.”
One of key drivers in your company’s value is the value of your customers.
Analyzing customer profitability and maximizing a customer’s lifetime value are highly important and essential to any business.
To build your customer base, it is necessary to stay in constant contact with potential and existing customers and the more value your business can offer, the more likely they will remain loyal.
Below are simple ways to bring in more customers and build your customer base.
1. Offer a free newsletter
Free is something that everyone can afford, from small businesses to global corporations.
When you offer a free newsletter, you are informing your potential customers that you are willing to provide free information from the start.
If you provide good content, customers will know more about your business.
Started by looking for every occasion to get in front of a lot of people.
Go online and search for events at schools, churches, local networking events, etc. Then have a raffle to collect leads for your list, draw them in through the raffle and have quality conversations, and you can always generate product sales and interested prospects for the business in this manner but the key to these kind is follow up!
3. Keep up and maintain excellent customer support and service
A customer who contacts customer support about their first order is just as important as a customer who contacts customer service about their tenth order. Treat each customer with respect and take appropriate action.
A happy customer is likely to tell at least three friends about a positive experience and great customer service leads to increased sales. Best of all, you can keep track of previous customer communication through tools such as CRM software.
4. Develop a“referral rewards” program.
The kind that rewards your customers and contacts for referring people on to you for the products, or the opportunity—or even if they’d be willing to host an event for you to help you to expand your audience.
I’d be sure to tell your customers and contacts that you’re always looking for referrals for the business, and for people who’d like to join you on the products…and then tell them what you’re willing to offer for their referrals, whether it be a small product that you can fulfill through your personal order, or whether it be cash back from your commission as a “finders fee”.
And then let them know you’re expanding in their area, and would love to get to know more people. Say something like: “I’m expanding my business in your area and would love to meet more people! Would you be willing to host an event for me? It would just take an hour of your time, you invite people, I’ll do the work, and I’m happy to throw in some of your favorite products as a thank you.” If they host that event, when people are signing up, another trick is to ask them: “Are these folks coming in under you or under me? Now’s your chance to join me”! I know someone who did this and developed a whole new leg in her organization!
Use your discretion on how much you’re willing to give for referrals who join you on the products or the business, or if someone hosts an event for you—but don’t forget, referrals can be very rewarding! So get out there and share your awesome referral rewards with everyone!
5. Use the power of social media

As you, your family and friends are using the products, be sure to develop a lot of product stories and track your progress with before and afters—post the before and afters and their testimonials on social media sites—collect them from your customers too and ask them for permission to use them!
