Yes! It’s 2019 already. It’s that time again!
If you’re anything like most people, January always brings big aspirations about what’s possible in the year.
You might want to write the next great networking book? Get your business massively into the black? Duplicate your business in a lot of states? Massively recruit everyday? Or build a fortune?
Whatever fresh start you’ve got in your sights, I’ve got some sobering news…
New Year’s resolutions are a complete waste of time!
But if you can stick to your resolutions in your network marketing business in 2019, I can assure you that you can build a fortune in network marketing in 2019.
So, how do you build fortune in network marketing in 2019?
Most people who starts a network marketing business never make any fortune at it.
There is still a way to be a winner even if your dreams of making a fortune fall flat.
Here’s how to build fortune in network marketing in 2019:
1. IT STARTS WITH YOUR MINDSET: So first of, you want to have the mindset that you are a business developer and you are interviewing people that are a good fit for your business.
Then you’ve got to look at your new business partner as a door to 250 more people.
Help them launch their business.
Help them actually talk to their first five, ten, fifteen people.
Help them get their first few customers.
If you really look closely, most overnight successes took a long time. – Steve Jobs
Make sure they make a list of a hundred people and they schedule a grand opening, whether it’s a virtual grand opening or a home meeting.
Unless they’re actually getting the ball rolling, paying the fee means nothing. That’s just paperwork. And, yeah, you’ll make a little commission on that, but you can make a fortune if you set up your people up for success.
Document your leaders within their first 30-60-90 days of business.
That’s what creates duplication. That builds leaders.
So keep this in mind when you’re enrolling people in this year. Help them launch their business. Help them put together a game plan and a strategy so that they can have success.
2. PLAY THE NUMBERS GAME. The more people you try to recruit, the more recruits you’ll get. Don’t be
Professional salespeople advise making a certain number of calls each day or each week.
Suppose, for example, you call one new prospect each day, that comes to 365 prospects per year.
Even if you close only one out of 10, you have 36 distributors a year.
One out of 20 is 18 distributors a year.
3. HELP THEM MAKE A FORTUNE: Help your team mates make money.
Help them get a check.
If you help your people earn a check, there’s much more likelihood that they’ll be around in six months, twelve months, eighteen months, and so on.
But if they join the team and in the first ninety days they don’t make a check, they don’t make a profit, it is less likely that they’ll be on the team six months, twelve months, eighteen months from now
4. ASK FOR REFERRALS: If a prospect turns you down but the refusal is fairly civil, ask “Can you
help me?” Very few people turn down a plea for help.
Then ask, “Can I have the names of three friends who might be interested in a moneymaking opportunity?”
Don’t ask for “some friends.”
That’s too open-ended a
Asking for three friends gives the prospect a target he can meet.
Then, call the people whose
names you receive.
Prospecting is a lot more effective
if you say, “Hi, I’m Charles, I got your name from AOC,” rather than “Hi, I’m Charles, I got your
name from the telephone book or newspaper.”
5. GO PRO: In this year, don’t limit yourself to what others are doing.
You will need to go harder than you did last year to build fortune in network marketing in 2019.
All the people, tools and other things needed to build fortune in network marketing in 2019 are all around you.
All you need to do is to open your eyes and look for someone; it could be a coach, an upline or a book.
Whoever this person is, make sure it is a person who has at a time done or achieved what you want to achieve.
Work with the Pro and you’d become a Pro too.
6. MAXIMIZE FACEBOOK: Facebook is a gold mine only if you know how to go about it the right way.
