In this training, I share how to create curiosity in network marketing prospecting.
Create curiosity in network marketing is one key skillset you’ll need for building a network marketing business.
Curiosity wins every time in network marketing.
In this industry of network marketing, some curiosity is not only good, it is essential.
In this business, we should definitely be talking less, and listening more.
And, when we listen (by way of first asking the right questions) we can get to the heart of the matter in an effective, efficient, and heart-centered way.
Curiosity is what moves people and it needs to be a part of your inviting process.
If you can’t invite effectively you will struggle with building your network marketing business.
In this training, you’ll learn some effective ways on how to create curiosity in network marketing prospecting.
1. MAKE IT LOOK A LITTLE VAGUE
In your sales or prospecting messages, leave out a few things that you would like people to ask you about…
Because that gives them the opportunity to connect with you.
Especially if you’re selling physical products.
I see most people selling makeup for a beauty network marketing company and the mistake they are making was giving the name of the product, tell the colour names, the price etc all over the places.
I called it, “They are giving away and doing too much info”
If It were to be me who is involved, I’d just show my makeup look and say something like “Wow, just 3 products and I got this simple look anyone can do in 5 minutes! I can now sleep more in the morning!”
Or take a picture of the product but cover up the name on the packaging so they can’t see it. With a status of something like…
“This little pill takes me from hot mess to full of energy all day, no naps required!” – (Good for some natural supplements that help with energy.)
This will get people asking you what it is or how it works.
When it comes to make up, people love to know what’s been used so leave out those details and ask them to comment if they want to know what was used to create that look.
You can then create a little list and give it to them in Messenger and open up a conversation with them.
Whatever you sell, it doesn’t matter, the same cane be applied.
Don’t give them everything and leave a gap for them to need you to know more.
2. CHANGE YOUR MIND-SET ABOUT MARKETING YOUR BUSINESS.
As network marketers, we want to give away all the details.
Why? Because we are excited, but that excitement doesn’t translate online.
Think of creating curiosity this way: Would you just watch the first ½ of a movie or want to hear only the first half of a story?
No! Because as humans we are naturally curious and want to know the end.
Personally, only hearing half of a story drives me crazy!
When thinking about posting, your mindset should be this: if people want to know what your product or business is, they have to talk to you!
You hold the end of the story.
Create curiosity posts by thinking in benefits.
When you are crafting your curiosity post, think in terms of benefits.
This is a great way to communicate online what your potential customers would be getting from doing business with you.
It’s about painting a picture of what their life could look like.
