HOW TO DO FACEBOOK RECRUITING USING ATTRACTION MARKETING
“Charles, I have a really great opportunity, it’s just launched and unique… You need to check it out because all the leaders are joining.
This is my link…..”
“Hey Joe, I see that you are a network marketer, am looking for top leaders to join me in this new launched opportunity.
Here’s my link……”
“Mary, there’s this new great business that just came out, you need to try it, here’s my link…”
What is wrong with those words?
Why are people even business leaders doing things wrong?
Why is it that people spam people like this?
Why is it that people think that they can just pitch people their business on facebook chat with their link and think it’s just OK and that they will join them?
Just like that…. Isn’t it?
This is wrong!
Let me explain what I mean here.
They instinctively believed that people will just click on the link, buy their products or join them or do whatever they want people to do.
Just like that?
What is wrong with this strategy?
In today’s post, I will be showing you how to do Facebook recruiting using attraction marketing.
You have a business and you have a product or service to sell.
The question is, how do you get people to join your business and buy your product or service without you sounding like a desperate spammer?
This is the question I get asked all the time and I have been doing attraction marketing for many years and I want to show you how I do it today.
I will show you how not to look like a desperate, starving and spamming network marketer.
Hey, wait… What do I even know?
I am only going to show you what I know and what works for me.
And what is possible for one is possible for you and it’s possible for me.
You can either take it or leave it but I know it works because it worked for me.
I will show you how to take your products or services or business opportunities and promote it the right way using social media.
So read on.
Let’s start with what not to do.
Here’s an example. Look at the words below.
“Hey, I am into a networking business called xyz where we …… A one time registration gives you …and I will show how it works
Call me on +23480……. Or join my link… #Abcdegtyhjhdjdjj……”
Everybody sees what he or she is promoting.
Although, there’s nothing wrong if you are promoting something with your company brand once or may be twice in a week.
Even to me, twice a week is a bit too much.
It is advisable to promote your company brand once a week.
If you think it’s OK to promote your company brand every day, please go ahead and do so.
That just doesn’t work.
Another thing people do is promoting it with their company hash tags.
And when people see it, they are going to click on it and see other company reps and they are going to go join them.
Some will even go online and google your company brands and who knows if they are going to join other reps.
So, that just amounts to time wasting.
Please don’t do that.
The fact is nobody cares about your business opportunity or company or anything like that.
What they are looking to do is to join a person not a business or product or service.
What they want is, to join a person.
This is people’s business.
People join people not the company.
What should you do?
Instead of promoting your company brand.
Brand yourself and promote it.
And instead of using your company hash tags online.
Use your own brand hash tags.
Say something like, “Wow, I can’t believe this…. I will be about 30 pounds lighter. Who’s joining me? This is dedicated to the fat ladies! #EatLookGreatAndRock.”
EatLookGreatAndRock is a brand as an example here.
This is your brand as an example.
When you do this, nobody knows what you are doing.
And it brings curiosity.
When they click on your hash tag to know what you are into, they are going to be exposed to all your posts with your hash tags.
Another way to go about it is this.
If one of the benefits of your product is to prevent aging, or stress or even fatigue.
You can write, “I love my pink water every day. It’s rich in nutrient, herbal tonic with natural, minerals and perfect for combacting the effects of aging, stress and fatigues……
What do you observed here?
I never said that I love my xyz product every every day…
But why and what will I get?
Automatically, it brings curiosity and people are asking what’s in it.
And people are always in the business of what’s in it for me.
Something I have called WIIFM.
People that are interested will be asking me, what is your pink water all about?
And people will be inboxing me, what are you into?
The concept is that, you should list all the benefits your product gives or enriches life with.
And do make sure you add your hash tag at the end of each post of yours.
No company logo, no company info. That’s it.
This is how you do attraction marketing and it works.
