Here I share the secrets of how to get your network marketing teammates to produce results.
HOW TO GET YOUR NETWORK MARKETING TEAMMATES TO PRODUCE
Like Ray Higdon said, “In most network marketing companies, every person on your team is contributing to your volume and your income because most of them are on auto ship. I always wanna help you keep that in mind. Because some people will lose sight of that and they will be like, ‘Man, my team’s not doing anything. How do I get these schmuckaroos to do something?'”

Show Them Love.
If you make your teammates feel like losers or feel like they’re just not what you want and they really are disappointing you, then they’re not going to hang around.
They’re going to leave. They’re going to cancel their auto ship, they’re going to go to another company that makes them feel good and actually values their money that they spend on a monthly basis if they’re on auto ship of course.
So, note to shower your teammates with love either they are producing or not.
Know Your Teammate’s Level Of Desire
It’s important for you to understand that people have different levels of desire.
And, I learned this from Larry and Taylor Thompson.
According to them, there’s three main categories of desire inside network marketing:
80% of people are totally happy being part of the mission and making $0-$500 a month.15% of people totally happy making $2,000-$3,000 a month.5% of people want to make $25,000 or more per month.
So, there’re different levels of desire.
In order to get your network marketing business teammates to produce results, understanding is critical in order to be able to achieve this.
So, What Does it Take to Get Your Network Marketing Teammates To Produce Results?
I placed consistency at the top of here, and with good reason, even ahead of leadership skills.
Ultimately, it all begins with YOU.
If you don’t have a consistent daily method of operation, with crystal clear-cut steps to follow each and everyday, it will be next to impossible to promote network marketing business growth.
Our network marketing business experts recommend that you put a strategic plan in place with a handful of simple steps to follow each and every day.
If the job is done right, as a result, your network marketing team will mirror and do what you do.
2. Set And Keep The Pace
Whatever pace you set as the leader, your team… your tribe, will follow that pace.
So get out and prospect, recruit, train, follow up…. Be the leader who sets a pace that creates success for the whole team.
If you want to get your people doing more, you need to do more.
If you want to get your network marketing teammates to really produce more, you have to fire up, and you go do the activity you wish and pray that they would do.
YOU need to go rank advance, YOU need to go recruit, YOU need to go bring in new customers.
YOU need to be welcoming people into the team on a consistent basis.
And then they will say, “Wow, they’re really on fire. That’s kind of inspiring. Maybe I want to go do that.”
3. Don’t Be a Boss!
Nobody wants a boss in network marketing.
So, don’t be one.
You have your opinions and ways of doing something.
You may have systems and processes that you want people to follow. That’s good.
Just be careful not to boss people around and make them feel as if you’re their superior.
That’s not what they came to network marketing for in the first place.
Let people be themselves.
Yes! Get them to follow your systems and processes for building, but let them be who they are.
4. Get the Team Building and Working Together.
One of the most powerful things you can do is to get the team working together.
It builds organizational strength, gets people WAY more active, builds skills faster, and increases confidence in a way that wouldn’t otherwise happen by applying this strategy.
Schedule a Team Building Night. Here’s how it works.
Have some people at your house on a Thursday night for example.
Invite some team member over.
Have them bring their laptops and their prospect list.
From 6pm to 10pm or whatever you choose, you’re all in the same house, under the same roof working your businesses together.
When you have a half dozen people in your home for 4 hours making calls, setting appointments and doing reach outs…everyone is in action!
Imagine if you had pods of people all throughout your network marketing team that are hosting Team Building Nights in cities all around the world.
People get more done when applying this strategy…period.
5. Have Some Fun Together.
Yea…we’re running a business.
But…as they say, “a team that plays together, stays together.”
Anytime you can add a little fun into the mix and hang out on a personal level with people on your network marketing team, you’re deepening and strengthening the bond you have with them.
The greater the bond, the more likely you’ll hold together…especially when challenges come your way.
6. Have The Right Marketing System in Place
Most network marketing companies provide basic marketing tools, trainings, webinars, sizzle calls, etc.
As a great network marketing business leader, it’s always your job to communicate with your downline to make sure they have, know, and understand how to use these tools effectively.
A great network business leader should be able to provide tools outside of the network marketing companies training material as well.
You might also want to start a private Facebook group to provide tips, network marketing training, recruiting material and have each member of your team invite their new recruits to the group as well.
This does a few things which adds value to team and the entire network marketing organization.
It provides a central location for constant communication.
Everyone can share ideas and learn from each other about what’s working, or not working.
It allows new leaders to emerge and causes everyone to remain engaged, excited, and motivated.
And it increases network marketing team growth rate.
7. Do All You Have Read.
Do more than read, apply. Period!
