Well, one common mistake new network marketers make is that they have the wrong philosophy behind how to increase sales.
In this post, you’ll learn how to increase network marketing sales in your business without your team quitting on you.
Encourage your organization to attend as many network marketing training events as possible
A great method for increasing network marketing sales is to bring people to network marketing events. People make big decisions at big events.
Let’s be honest, most people are a bit skeptical of network marketing, and it often sounds too good to be true. We all hate to admit it, but it’s the reality of things.
Certainly, you want to build your business with integrity, but even with that, most people are a bit hesitant to go all in.
You need to build belief in your network marketing company, the industry, and themselves for people to become successful.
Bringing people to the company events can help build on those 3 pillars of belief in network marketing.
People will see a bigger perspective when they come to a live company event.
This can build belief in network marketing because they see other people just like them, winning at a high level. They also meet people doing it besides just themselves, and that can build belief and motivate them as well.
Plugging into network marketing events is like being hooked up to a battery charger. Each time you go, you last a bit longer, and coming out of events, most people make more sales and do more work than usual. Getting yourself and your team plugged into the bigger events is a great way to increase sales and rank up faster in your network marketing business.
Focus on Relationships
If you get your starter kit and immediately call everyone you haven’t talked to in three years to ask them to book a party, you’re not going to succeed at network marketing.
In fact, you’ll probably crash and burn really quick.
No one likes to be talking to someone and feel like they’re just seeing you as a dollar sign, a party, or a potential sign up. It’s salesy and it’s the in-person version of email spam. Network marketing is all about relationships.
Organically use the products and recommend them when they naturally fit. I chose to work with my current company because I really use them in my home with my myself and family. When a friend says that he’s feeling down, I can naturally mention the D3 Organic that naturally boost immune, replaces worn out cells because it is a stem cell activator.
If I had randomly spammed her Facebook account asking if she wanted to book a party or buy from me or “make sure you order from me because I talked to you first”, she likely would have been turned off and never would have listened to me.
Genuinely try to help people, share naturally and organically, and don’t see everyone as a new potential customer, see them as a friend.
Treat it Like a Business
This is pretty much the most effective advice for any work at home job.
If you treat it like a hobby, you’ll get paid like a hobby. If you take it seriously and treat it like a business, you’ll get paid like it’s a business. So to succeed at network marketing, you need to treat it like a business!
How do you do that? Invest in your business. I know that one of the benefits of network marketing is the low start up costs, but be willing to invest what you can into growing your network marketing business if you are looking at increasing your network marketing sales.
Whether it’s purchasing books, more products so that you can use and love the products, or incentives and prizes for people hosting parties or purchasing products, use at least a percentage of your commissions to put back into your business.
You also need to give your business 100% every day.
You have to do parties even when you don’t quite feel like it, this can be done on the social media apps around…you know them right? you have to commit to finishing that network marketing book even when you’d rather snuggle up with a good Nicholas Sparks novel, and you have to put yourself out there and chat with the grocery store clerk even when you’re introverted and would rather not make eye contact.
