How to Attract and Recruit High Quality Prospect
If you talk with the top income earners in network marketing, they’ll all say that prospecting is the key to success.
It’s just like prospecting for
diamonds: Diamonds are very valuable, so you don’t have to find very many of them to become wealthy. In network marketing, it’s the same, all you have to do is find a few real, live diamonds. So how do you do that?
According to Ray, “A lot of times, the people that need your thing the most are the ones that just won’t do it. They’re just not willing to do it. They crumble like crackers. The truth is, you won’t know. You won’t know who is going to come into your team and actually become one of the big network marketing leaders. I have also found that the ones that tell you they are going to become one of your network marketing leaders is pretty unlikely to do it, not sure why but talking about how big time you are going to be is usually the indicator that they will be exiting within a . (sad but true)”
HOW TO RECRUIT HIGH QUALITY PROSPECT
Below are the top three tips to recruit high quality prospect into your network marketing business.
1. Attraction Marketing and Ads Agency.

Beyond your warm market, there’s a whole world full of diamonds.
All you have to do is sift through the dirt to find them.
Even better would be if they found you.
That’s called attraction marketing.
You set yourself up as an authority, and high-quality prospects come to you.

Another great way to find diamonds is through purchased leads.
There are a number of companies that do the advertising for you, and some even do the prequalification.
You’ll be working with people already interested in operating a home business, so all you have to do is present your company.
Most of the lead companies provide you with scripts, and some even offer phone training.
A number of top network marketers have built their large networks through advertising.
They place small classified ads in newspapers, business magazines and on the internet.
The ad shares a few of the benefits of a network marketing business -fire your boss, time and financial freedom, travel, great tax benefits -then directs the respondent to either call and listen to a recorded message or visit a website.
The message and site will continue to create curiosity, so that the prospect will move on to the next step – a phone call to you
2. Know Your Target

Successfully getting high quality prospect requires approaching people capable of signing up in a situation favorable to the sales pitch.
The sales pitch must address their needs and objectives.
For example, a distributor notices that one of his customers orders enough that her commission as a distributor would exceed the franchising cost of becoming a distributor.
He could point out to this customer that, by signing up as a distributor, she could effectively receive a discount that would save her money on her current purchases.
Similarly, an opportunity seeker must first be sold on the income potential from the network marketing model and other benefits.

3. Twitter

HOW TO RECRUIT HIGH QUALITY PROSPECT
The key to making the most out of Twitter is to have a list of the top three or four keywords your target prospects care about.
Then run Twitter searches on variations of those keywords to find people who are talking about those topics.
Some people might be asking questions.
Others might be complaining about how difficult something may be.
In any case, you can jump in and add value to the conversation – and potentially pick up some prospects along the way.
Once you have a few leads in mind, use private Twitter lists to keep an eye on them, as well as other relevant people.
Here are some Twitter lists you might want to create:
Prospects within your territory that you want to keep tabs on
Bloggers and media that report on companies in your territory so you can find out about new companies
VCs in the territory to find out what they’re investing in and what funding round companies are in.
