HOW TO SUCCEED IN NETWORK MARKETING RECRUITING
You want to recruit more people into your team?
Hey, wait. That question is a dumb one.
But network marketing recruiting is one of the toughest struggles in network marketing business and especially for the new players?
Listen… Network marketing recruiting is the single highest paid skill you can learn, possess and use to build your network marketing business to heights you never thought possible.
I want you to build this skill like no other skill you have.
So I made this post to share to help you build this ultra-important skill.
Imagine. Before I was able to get my first rank in my first network marketing company.
I had more than 1000 rejections. I saw regular people in my company crushing their goals and making a lot of money and in the process creating better lifestyles for others.
This got me thinking that what is possible for one is possible for all.
During the rejection period, my friends and family were the first to reject me.
So I told myself, screw this family and friends crap! I’m going out into the world to become a recruiting Ninja.
What did I do aftermath? You asked with curiosity.
I did lots of personal development; I read books and attended lots of seminars.
I gave myself a BIG WHY. But a BIG WHY wasn’t enough.
I got myself what I called GOAL BOOKS, my actual vision board.
I started reading books, buying courses, listening to messages and studying anything on:
Psychology, Sales, Marketing, Persuasion, Influence, Network Marketing, Communication, Sociology, Seduction and Closing.
So, I started branding myself. And I realized that my social media accounts were part of my brand.
I removed every negativity from my account and every controversial posts.
And I started reaching out to people again since I have known the right way to go about it which is to be genuine to yourself and be honest with people.
If you don’t know how to brand yourself. Ask yourself this question: what will people think of when they hear my name?
I love to take full ownership of my life and help others to do likewise. And I love to be able to wake up and do what I like to do.
People will send me chats asking me how they can start their own businesses and how they can take full ownership of their lives and business.
This makes me feel great because I felt like I was doing my job well.
The bottom line of branding is to be true to yourself. Be genuine. Don’t over hype yourself. Just be yourself.
And I started learning a lot about attraction marketing.
Attraction marketing is simply the way you attract people to you and the way to do that is by simply adding value to your page.
You want your audience to look forward to your posts.
But this won’t happen in the midst of negativity and you have to be consistent with it.
I did a lot of sharing life changing ideas to my networks. I like to share things that I discovered.
Something like, ‘Somebody made me this amazing hair softening soap, check it out.’
People are program for anxiety. We are humans.
And people love to laugh. Post inspirational quotes on your wall.
I love them and I can read them all day and so it is with others.
Working out all these consistently brings you to attraction marketing.
What you do for your business today, you will reap tomorrow.
So, having done all these attraction marketing, people started calling me asking me what was I actually working on.
Another thing to note is this. Mindset is everything.
When you reach out to people. Don’t think that they are going to turn you down.
If you have the mind that they will say no to you…. Damn it! And it’s going to happen.
What you think will happen is going to happen.
Go into it fully with positive mindset. If you present your opportunity as a gift.
A gift that is changing people’s lives.
At least, it changed my life. It changed my team players lives and my sponsors lives.
And when you present it as a gift for them, that’s how they will see it too.
Build up your confidence. And be bold when you are presenting your opportunity.
What I want you to keep in mind is that:
1• Personal development is critical to your success in this industry.
2• Your thoughts controls what you attract. Whatever resides on your mind must definitely found a way to reach your hand.
Get rid of any worthless thoughts away from your mind and focus on the worthwhile thoughts… And I am sure your business will sky rocketed because it is no rocket science.
