NETWORK MARKETING BEGINNER’S GUIDE ON HOW TO OVERCOME NERVOUSNESS
Are you a beginner and you are nervous about network marketing business?
In today’s training is how to overcome the newbie jitters and crush it in your network marketing business.
If you are new to the network marketing profession, it’s likely you’ve never been trained on talking to people or implementing marketing strategies. Am I right?
We all have to learn these skills and the best news is that these are skills you can learn.
Many people fail at network marketing simply due to the fear of talking to people. You can overcome that fear!
Everybody feels nervous or fear from time to time, but you need only to learn how to overcome nervousness.
It’s what you do after you feel that fear that determines your where you end up in life. You may have heard this before, but fear stands for “False Evidence Appearing Real”.
How To Overcome Nervousness
If you’ve ever felt that lump in your throat or gotten a knot in your stomach or heard that voice in your head rationalize why you couldn’t or shouldn’t go approach someone to talk to them about your business, then here’s how to get past the newbie jitters?
1. Don’t Overthink It, Ray Higdon advised;
The most common trait of a network marketer is to over think things.
This is like when you were a little kid, and you went to your parents and said, “I’m a little nervous to ride the bicycle.” What did they say?
Did they say:
“You should probably read a few books on that.”
“You should probably go see a therapist.”
“Meditate on it. You should meditate. See yourself riding the bicycle.”
Or, did they say:
“Get on the bike and I’m going to push you down a hill and you’re going to fall down.”
That’s how they did it. We tend to overthink everything.
2. The Question of Confidence
We’ll need to touch on how confident you are in yourself, your network marketing company, and your potential.
If you want to be a successful network marketing professional and overcome nervousness and carry on important conversations about your business opportunity, then you need to believe in it and in yourself.
This means a lot of different things, including making sure that you know why your opportunity stands out as being worth the attention of others and ensuring that you really do feel like it offers what you deserve – and what you should be offering to others.
3. Just Do It.
The more you talk to people, the less you will feel the fear of talking to people.
Practice makes perfect and this is no different.
How bad do you really want to build a successful business?
It all starts with talking to that first person.
Don’t worry, you’ll get better at talking to people as you learn the skills and emotionally detach yourself from the outcome.
