NETWORK MARKETING TRAINING ON WHY DOWNLINES QUIT AND HOW TO KEEP THEM.

Today’s training arises from the question asked by the Naija Marketing Pro Community Mastermind Group member, Lilian from Nassarawa, Nigeria.
She asked, “I just got back from the seminar. I tried using the follow up formula you described in the intro offer. Only one person responded, I was finally able to sign him up yesterday. But my major challenge is now with conversion. I usually recruit lots of prospects who don’t place order and get started. Getting them to start buying products is a challenge to me. My company is all about buying the products. So, duplication is also a big challenge for me as my downlines keep quitting.”
So, I asked to get the main point, ‘Now, the issue is, you want duplication and you want your downlines to start buying products and not to quit right?
She said, “Yessss!!!!”
So, in this training, we will be looking at why downlines quit, how to keep them and how to duplicate yourself in them even as they buy their own products.
Duplication In Network Marketing.
You will need to learn the actions to be implemented with your team mates immediately they sign up to create massive duplication because network marketing without duplication, like I do say, is as if you have just created for yourself, another job.
You have to know this, that you are only the guide, you can give the steps to success and be there for your people but, at the end of the day you are enrolling adults that have to step up and take massive actions.
If they don’t take the steps, it’s not your fault. Please don’t take it personally whenever it seems like they are not taking the steps.
It’s just the beginning when you enroll a new team player.
As a leader, you have to remember this, your first thought should be on how to help them build belief in what they just started.
HERE’S TO THE EXACT STEPS THAT I TAKE UP WITH MY NEW TEAM MEMBERS MOST ESPECIALLY PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT FULLY MOTIVATED IN THE BEGINNING.
1• CONGRATULATE THEM AND INTRODUCE them to the group where you have your leaders.
2• It’s also very important to log them on to your team training ground.
3• Tell them exactly what they should be doing in the next 24 hours.
4• This is what I have called PLANNING FOR THE BIG GAME.
I will take 15 minutes with my team players to make sure that they go through the company trainings.
Understand their why. Find out their goals (income and personal) and work with their list of prospects.
5• HELP THEM TO GET SOME APPOINTMENTS.
6• COMPANY EVENTS
Get them registered for the next company event or team event that we have coming up.
Now, after you have worked with them to get their first few people in, help them to do exactly with their new partners.
Your goal is not to do all the work for your team. Your goal is to build up independent leaders and one of my favorites quotes is gotten from one of my mentors, “Teach to teach so you can go to the beach.”
And that’s the power of leverage in network marketing.
How To Get Your Downline To Buy Your Products In Network Marketing.
Do the following:
Everyone understands the value of using great products.
There is a perceived value for excellent service as well.
People actually don’t mind spending a little more money for something if they feel the product or the service is great.
You want to represent your product well in order to work toward establishing credibility.
And, you want to represent your company well in order to gain trust.
Dress appropriately for the type of product you sell.
Then, have everyone who is on your team that have been using the products do the same.
Develop your business “voice.” How you say what you say is critically important.
Share before and after ‘experience” in your group and ask others that used it to do likewise… No hype but the real deal here.
Your product displays should be clean and clear of clutter.
People just won’t make buying decisions if they’re not comfortable, if they can’t find what they want or, if they can’t get their questions answered quickly and easily.
How To Keep Your Downlines Not To Quit In Your Network Marketing Team.
Your Downlines Are Leaving You?
I’ve searched for a lot of Network Marketing tips on how to keep people building with me but it’s just one of those things that we can’t worry so much about and we have to understand that people quitting is just part of the business. Once we can come to terms with that we can feel better about going forward.
But we can still do so much to making them stay with you.
To start with, let’s take a look at your effort to maintain a good communication with your downlines.
How often did you contact them? How well did you know them personally? Did you ever ask them about their dreams? Did you share with them?
If your answer is no, no, no and no, then you’re in a big trouble.
Even if you have a yes, yes, yes and no for the answer, still you won’t stay long in the business for sure!
Communications between upline and downlines plays an important role in Network Marketing.
Contact them at least once a week just to say hello and ask them how they are doing. Offer your help to them. Tell them motivational stories.
They will love your kind attention.
Tell your downlines what you are up to so they know your plans and strategies.
Share your ideas with them and don’t be afraid to share your secret strategies also.
This way they will be able to duplicate those strategies and learn a lot from you.
Also, could you recall how exactly did you approach them?
Did you tell them that they could earn big money without doing anything? No wonder they do nothing but just sit around and wait to see the check coming…
Did you tell them that they would succeed without spending a dime? That explains why they don’t advertise professionally…
Did you also tell them that they would get rich quickly through your Network Marketing program? That’s why they are not persistent enough to hang around…
Get this understanding, understand that 90% of people have never been Business owners before
If we know and understand this then we’ll also know that asking someone to pitch a business to their friends and family who have never seen them in a business is going to be weird and likely end in a ‘I’ll wait to see how you do first’ scenario.
So rather than pitching a business we should be teaching our new rep to pitch their friends and family on the concept of trying product to collect feedback.
Think about it, if your friend came up to you and told you that they started a new business that they’re really passionate about and asked you to support them by buying a months worth of product and trying it out so that it could help you with your marketing, would you be likely to say yes?
Of course you would…..you’re a good friend and you’d try something out for a month to help a friend.
This is going to get more Yes’s for your new rep and it will move lots of product for the first month which will also get their initial investment paid back fast putting their business in profits within the first month.
OK, now what if you did the right thing – you’ve built good communications with your downlines, you’ve shown them how to make their start up capital back quickly and you did approach them with no hypes nor gimmicks from the beginning– but they still quit?
Then they are just not who you are looking for to build your network marketing business with. You don’t need them. Believe me.
