A question I often get is – “Mr. AOC, please what are the ideas for creating a stronger team and better culture?”
In today’s post, I share 3 network marketing team building ideas for creating a stronger team and better culture.
A great network marketing team culture boils down to one thing: people.
Building strong teams that are focused on collaboration is a key element for success in network marketing.
A team that takes ownership of their contribution and how they work together.
They will have a strong shared vision and will continuously search for ways to improve.
Do not underestimate the importance of building a great team culture.
3 NETWORK MARKETING TEAM BUILDING IDEAS FOR CREATING A STRONGER TEAM AND BETTER CULTURE
1. AN INVESTMENT IN LEARNING.
I believe strongly that as consultants and advisers, we must push the thinking in our areas of niches.
You should invest in developing your team members as thought leaders because it not only helps strengthen your brand, it also provides opportunities for team members to grow an awesome team too.
This strengthens your culture because it directly aligns with your values and strategy, and benefits everyone.
Remember, TEAM is Together Everyone Achieves Miracles.
2. A CULTURE CALENDAR.
I suggest that you introduce a culture calendar that is viewable by all team members.
It will include activities ranging from team meetings to birthdays to fitness challenges to book reading challenge etal.
Team members are also able to suggest new activities in a shared document.
Putting events down on a calendar, accessible to everyone across different places and locations, leads to increased team communication and transparency.
3. ENCOURAGE GROWTH CULTURE IN YOUR NETWORK MARKETING TEAM
In the network marketing sphere as well as in the corporate world; a great manager or leader encourages other members of the team to grow and rank up.
This can be through training, self development and leading by example – hitting targets.
In this instance, it’s thus important to take a personal interest in their growth, point them in the right direction while also allowing them to grow and innovate.
Allow them to take their own initiative and share their lessons with the rest of the team so others can “DUPLICATE” their actions.
Another thing you can do is to create a Facebook group, organize a night out show where you’d encourage your network marketing team mates to invite their friends, each one must have a cup with either wine, beer or soft drinks.
When you do that it makes your network marketing team feels as if all of you are in the same building and also looks as if you are all living together in the same place.
Try it, you’d enjoy the experience and the results.
