The ultimate guide to network marketing team duplication… What is this guide to network marketing team duplication?
I’ve been in network marketing for long, and I have had some little success, but this didn’t come along without my own share of mistakes. But what?…. That’s all part of the game.
You will need to learn the actions to be implemented with your team mates immediately they sign up to create massive duplication because network marketing without duplication, like I do say, is as if you have just created for yourself, another job.
In this post, I want to show you a strategy for getting a new team players up and running as fast as possible with speed.
Before I understood this strategy, I feel personally responsible for the people I will enroll, if they didn’t see the success they were looking for, I will feel bad and take it personally.
Please don’t do this.
You have to know this, that you are only the guide, you can give the steps to success and be there for your people but, at the end of the day you are enrolling adults that have to step up and take massive actions.
If they don’t take the steps, it’s not your fault. Please don’t take it personally whenever it seems like they are not taking the steps.
It’s just the beginning when you enroll a new team player.
As a leader, you have to remember this, your first thought should be on how to help them build belief in what they just started.
HERE’S TO THE EXACT STEPS THAT I TAKE UP WITH MY NEW TEAM MEMBERS MOST ESPECIALLY PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT FULLY MOTIVATED IN THE BEGINNING.
1• CONGRATULATE THEM AND INTRODUCE them to the group where you have your leaders.
I tagged mine as AOC LEADERS FORUM. This is important.
It’s important to introduce your new members to the people that they are threading on the same path to success
2• It’s also very important to log them on to your team training ground which we have tagged AOC SUCCESS LINK.
3• Tell them exactly what they should be doing in the next 24 hours.
Give them steps and schedule a game plan meeting with them for the next day (not more than 24 hours from the day they begun)
This is critical ? never leave your team members for more than 24 hours on their own. Why?
Because this is the most crucial point in their business, you must help them understand their why.
Write out their goals. Write out their initial list. And help them understand your system of operation (this is the more reason why you need to know your company compensation plans or levels or stages off hand)
4• This is what I have called PLANNING FOR THE BIG GAME.
I will take 15 minutes with my team players to make sure that they go through the company trainings.
Understand their why. Find out their goals (income and personal) and work with their list of prospects.
5• HELP THEM TO GET SOME APPOINTMENTS.
This is where I want to help them make their investment back, and not just back but back fast with speed.
I will work with them and help them set up an appointment with their first few people on their list.
6• COMPANY EVENTS
Get them registered for the next company event or team event that we have coming up.
If someone comes to my team and they have told me what they want to earn or their goals, my duty is to work with them smartly on how to get this done.
The best thing to do is to make sure they attend the next company event.
I really don’t know the spirit that enters people in the company event but its well.
Now, after you have worked with them to get their first few people in, help them to do exactly with their new partners.
Your goal is not to do all the work for your team. Your goal is to build up independent leaders and one of my favorites quotes is gotten from one of my mentors, “Teach to teach so you can go to the beach.”
And that’s the power of leverage in network marketing.
