I have seen number of network marketing leaders with no good qualification, who have made millions in Nigeria and worldwide.
In fact, you can earn a high social status and money being a network marketer.
However, to achieve this you need to have some quality and certain strategies in place.

1. As a Leader, you’re organized and self disciplined.
Without discipline there is no organization.
When you’re organized you do things more efficiently and waste less time.
Have a daily method of operation and follow it consistently.
Discipline is the mother of success.
2. Building morale is a must.
If you want to really ensure that network marketing works for you, you’ll need to be sure that you build up stronger morale for your team members and even yourself.
Plus, building morale in your customers is important as well.
3. Be sure that you treat others with the respect that you would want them to give to you.
Whether it’s a customer, a new team member, someone you meet at a company event, or someone you’ve met online, be sure that you treat everyone with respect.
It will impact your overall reputation in a very real way – something that many people tend to forget.
4. Give value and teach people through content.
Use content in the form of videos, blogs, audios, emails, etc. to consistently give tips to people and teach them basic strategies that can help them and people will start to see you as an expert.
Don’t know what to do content on? Think of the problems and questions people have in your industry and solve them.
5. As a Leader, you are 100% responsible and 100% self-functional.
When you do what has to be done you are being responsible.
The more you depend on others the less control you have.
Make it your goal to become independent from your upline as soon as possible and make your downline have this goal too.

Something that really proves to people that you’re a leader is having other people vouch for you in testimonials talking about the impact you’ve had on their lives.
Also, when you get results, whether it is a lot of leads, ridiculous conversion rates, lots of sales, etc. post proof of that so others can see.
It makes people want what you have and pull the trigger to do business with you.
7. Never forget the immortal words of Eric Worre – “It’s not about what works, it’s about what duplicates.”
“What works” is a constant tormentor of talented marketers, especially online marketers.
Good online marketers have the ability to generate temporary money at will but usually cannot transfer this skill nor do this within a network marketing company and create duplication.

This atribute generates all others.
If you’re willing to, you’ll develop any skill.
If you’re willing to, you will succeed.
And never forget: As a leader, always speak from a position of strength, never from a position of weakness.
Leadership is a natural consequence of your actions.
If you accept the responsibility of leadership instead of seeking the rewards of leadership, you’ll become a leader in less than time.
Always focus on doing what’s right, instead of what’s popular and remember that you’re an example to your dowline so whatever you do, they will replicate.
If you display weakness, they’ll weaken but if you display a strong will, they’ll just go for it!
