WHY NETWORK MARKETERS HAS ADVANTAGE OVER OTHER ENTREPRENEURS with Charles Ezeh
Naija Marketing Pro, as usual, invited Charles Ezeh to her community where we looked at, “Why network marketers has advantage over other entrepreneurs”

As a product of the school system which offers no education in the area of financial intelligence, he noticed that people struggle through life without harnessing their God given abilities and talents or achieving any definite goal.
He has, therefore, dedicated his efforts to helping people succeed in discovering and developing their talents with passion.
Naija Marketing Pro CEO, Ayodeji Oladeji Charles sits down with Charles Ezeh, to talk about, why network marketers has advantage over other entrepreneurs. In the interview, Charles Ezeh, says that, network marketing is a key, a solution to youth unemployment in Nigeria.
The following excerpts were gotten from the interview:
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Thank you for the time given to us to interview you, the purpose of this interview is to help set the youths free of the situation we found ourselves, so that they can be enlightened that it’s possible for them to take full ownership of their lives.
Can you tell us a little about yourself?
CHARLES EZEH: My name is Charles Eze. I am a financial and business intelligence expert.
What I do basically is discovering what people know about money and restoring a new thinking system in them which has to do with making money, managing money and multiplying money. I am a husband to one wife. A father to two lovely boys.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Awesome it is! Please tell us a little bit more about your journey prior to network marketing and then how you found network marketing. What led you to becoming a network marketer? How did you get involved?
CHARLES EZEH: Before network marketing, I was an employee. I was working when I graduated from school. From the year 2001 to the year 2005, I worked in the aviation industry.
I started off as a computer operator, then I was promoted to be the head of the computer department and from there, I started heading the costumer service of the airline.
Then, I left the aviation company and I started working in a non governmental organization. I worked there for a few years. Along the line, I started reading books but I came across the business of the 21st century by Robert Kiyosaki.
Of course I was working but I felt empty. I was actually building assets but it was an empty assets. The assets I was building, I don’t have a stake in it. Then I started thinking how do I build an asset that I will have a stake in.
I read another book written by Robert Kiyosaki, “Before you quit your job,” that one now blew my mind and I started planning my exit strategy and while I was planning my exit strategy, one of my friends told me about a network marketing but at that time, I didn’t take a look at it immediately.
I felt you guys should just leave me alone and let me concentrate on my job and later, he told me about it and I too advantage of it. That was the turning point in my life. When I joined that company, I started putting my best, I stared driving it hard.
What I observed was that my paradigm shift and through mentorship and personal development, I started enjoying the industry and one day, I woke up and fired my boss.
I became an entrepreneur fully and started building my empire. That’s how I came in contact with network marketing.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Wow, Who is an entrepreneur?
CHARLES EZEH: I am going to define an entrepreneur in two ways.
One, according to the dictionary, it says, “an entrepreneur is someone who set up a business or businesses and then taking on financial risk in order to make profit.”
Secondly, from my own definition of an entrepreneur, he is someone who is willing to take risk, someone who is not satisfied with the norms and who is willing to take the future by his hands.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Can a network marketer be called an entrepreneur?
CHARLES EZEH: Yes, a network marketer can be called an entrepreneur.
As a matter of fact, network marketing is an integral part of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is the umbrella housing a network marketer.
As long as you are making a formidable impact, you are an entrepreneur. Network marketing is an integral part of entrepreneurship.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Can an entrepreneur be called a network marketer?
CHARLES EZEH: It cannot go that way. Although, I used the words interchangeably.
Sometimes I can say that I am an entrepreneur and I can also say that I am a network marketer.
Entrepreneurship houses network marketing, so we cannot say that an entrepreneur is a network marketer but we can say that a network marketer is an entrepreneur.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Why would someone says, network marketers has an advantage over other entrepreneurs?
CHARLES EZEH: The reason why network marketers has an advantage over other entrepreneurs is because, the initial capital requires to start network marketing is low compared to other traditional businesses.
Network marketing has the potential to unlimited growth.
In network marketing, all the system has already been done for you, all you have to do is to plug in and started playing but other systems of entrepreneurship, you need to start creating your own system, products or services.
The truth is that network marketing isn’t perfect but it is better than every other part of entrepreneurship.
For anyone that wants to grow from the inside, you should get involved in network marketing.
Network marketing industry is self development industry. Above all, you have the flexibility to work from home at your own convenience time.
That’s the beauty of network marketing.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Thank you sir. What should be the driving force of a networker looking at the rejections, and other challenges involved in this business opportunity?
CHARLES EZEH: Your dreams. Your WHY. Why did you joined the company?
What type of life do you want to live. What is the legacy you want to leave behind when you are gone to the other world.
A Chinese proverb says, “Once the student is ready, the teacher will show up.” Once you’re consumed with your why, the how will show up.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: What is the greatest challenge that you ever faced as a network marketer and how were you able to dealt with it?
CHARLES EZEH: The greatest challenge that I ever faced as a network marketer was selling myself.
How do I convince people. How do I get people to join me. Do you know what I realized?
I come to realize that professionals don’t convince people, they select. Only the amateurs convince people.
I realize that I must develop myself to someone that attract success and not by pursuing success. You must sell yourself before trying to sell your business.
I read a lot of books on network marketing and that helps me to overcome my challenge.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Since you have been a network marketer, how best do you think a networker should pull his business, is it by online means or offline means, which one is better?
CHARLES EZEH: Both processes goes.
However, you must look at the trends. Do things at the right time with the write tools.
What is trending, where is the world going to? I hardly use my laptop again, I do all my works on my iPad device. What are you getting from here?
It means the world is moving to the mobile world. It means mobile networking is the wave of the moment and if mobile networking is the wave of the moment, I need to do more of mobile networking by doing more of online marketing so I can reached more people than the offline means.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Network marketing can be used as one of the vehicles to getting financial freedom, can you shed more light on this?
CHARLES EZEH: Yes, network marketing is one of the vehicles to financial freedom. Why?
Because, there are no secure jobs anywhere. Your job cannot even create wealth for you.
JOB simply means Just Over Broke. A man who depends on his job to create wealth is like a man who wants to trek from Lagos to New York City and that’s impossible.
The reason why network marketing is one of the tools to financial freedom is because, the initial capital involvements is low compared to other traditional businesses, unlimited growth potential, ability to leverage with your time and your team, you can start up with low skill and learn as you grow and why learning as you grow, you earn in the process, you work from anywhere, I have made more money in my life than any other traditional businesses I have ever done and it has a passive income.
Passive income is the money you earned while you sleep.
Network marketing gives you the lifestyle to earn even while sleeping.
When you make money in network marketing, you invest the proceeds into other passive income streams, real estate, intellectual property, paper investments, automated businesses etc.
Network marketing gives you a lifestyle to live as you want.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: I am thinking of getting involved with network marketing business opportunity, please what’s the first step to take?
CHARLES EZEH: The first step to take is to go online and make your researches on network marketing.
Ask questions like, how do I make success in network marketing? Which is the best company to be involved in network marketing? Go online and research more.
Read books on network marketing. Dig deep on network marketing business opportunity generally.
Invest in personal development training and by the time you do all these, the sky will be your starting point.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: Why should an upline be grateful to his downline and vice versa?
CHARLES EZEH: I don’t use the word ‘downline,’ to me, it’s irritating.
I only call them my success line, or your team mate or your business partner.
The reason why they are my business partner is because, if they are not there then I don’t have a business. So, the upline must be very grateful for having them.
For example, you have me as one of your team members, you should be very grateful because I am a goal sheep. So, the upline should be grateful to his team mates and the team mate on the other hand should be grateful to his upline for sharing the opportunity with him.
I tell people, once you have registered in the business, Fire your upline. Take up the business with a sense of responsibility that if it’s to be, it’s up to me. So, both parties should be grateful.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: How do you think network marketing is the solution to youth unemployments in Nigeria
CHARLES EZEH: Oh yeah, network marketing is the solution to youth unemployment in Nigeria.
This is because, the initial capital involvements is low compared to other traditional businesses.
Anybody can be involved in network marketing.
Network marketing will solve unemployment crisis in Nigeria because it is going to create more entrepreneurs and this economy will thrive on entrepreneurship.
Network marketing develops self confidence, it develops the leadership skills in you, it develops marketing skills, it kills shyness and builds entrepreneurial spirit in a being.
So, I encourage and propose every youths even if you are an adult to be involved in network marketing.
The beauty of network marketing is the fact that if you can drive it successfully, you can handle any business that comes your way.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: What do you like to do outside of work?
CHARLES EZEH: If I am not working, it’s either I am studying or relaxing with my family. I do a lot of study, I listen to a lot of podcast, audio books and motivational messages. I feed my mind daily.
AYODEJI OLADEJI CHARLES: What encouragement/words do you have for Naija Marketing Pro Community?
CHARLES EZEH: My word of advice is that, if you want things to change, you have to change.
If you want things to get better, you have to get better. Stop pursuing success, attract success.
You attract success by the person you become. Do a lot of personal development. Build your mind. If you feed your mind, your mind will feed your pocket.
